Company Secretarial

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, companies must complete administrative tasks that adhere to the laws and legislation that govern their business.


These tasks include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Submission of an annual confirmation statement

  • Maintenance of statutory books

  • Filing for any changes to the company officers including directorship, persons of significant control, shareholders.

  • Issuing dividend vouchers.

As well as ensuring that all of the company secretarial records are kept in order, we could also be your Registered Office, meaning that correspondence with HMRC could come to us first. We can then communicate the correspondence to you (if appropriate) without the HMRC jargon that you may not be too familiar with, again saving you time.
